Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Melbourne is seeking a Field Visual Merchandiser to travel across Victoria, ensuring on-brand presentation and executing VM memos aligned with Ghanda's creative direction.

You will coach store teams on VM fundamentals, maintain floor standards, manage fixtures, and assist with store openings, relocations or closures, while driving strong commercial outcomes and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Travel to retail stores across VIC to implement VM memos.
• Maintain store presentation: folding, hanging, displays, ticketing and window installations.
• Deliver on‑floor coaching and training to retail teams on VM fundamentals.
• Audit and report store maintenance concerns, fixture changes and inventory levels.
• Support set-up, opening, relocation or closing of retail stores as required.

A Day In The Life

As a FIELD VISUAL MERCHADISER your daily tasks will include travelling to retail stores throughout VIC to:

• Execute and adapt VM memos in line with Ghanda's creative direction to optimise floor space and generate customer interest
• Maintain exceptional store presentation standards across folding, hanging, displays, ticketing and window installations
• Deliver on‑floor coaching and training to retail teams on VM fundamentals
• Audit and report store maintenance concerns, fixture changes and inventory levels
• Support the set-up, opening, relocation or closing of retail stores as required

About You
