Job summary

PVH Brands is seeking a Field Visual Merchandiser to energize Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger presentations across our Sydney retail network. The role involves translating VM direction into impactful store execution and training staff to deliver on-brand visuals across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have a solid foundation in visual merchandising, styling or fashion retail and are ready to step into a field-based VM role. Travel locally and interstate as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising, styling or fashion retail.
• Ability to translate VM direction into impactful store execution.
• Confident in training store teams and guiding staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel locally and interstate when required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor weekly sales performance and translate insights into visual merchandising decisions that drive sales.
• Elevate and maintain VM standards across stores and departments.
• Train store teams to execute visual merch directions, promotions and mannequin changes.
• Coordinate seasonal campaign changes, launches and window updates within deadlines.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and regional teams to identify VM opportunities and implement solutions.
• Provide feedback and visual insights to head office on layouts, product positioning and standards.
• Maintain brand VM standards across touchpoints and support/store teams with guidance.
