Job summary

All Manufacturing Personnel is seeking an External Sales Representative for Melbourne and the Southern Region. This field-based role combines account management, new business development and territory growth across manufacturing, engineering and industrial markets.

You will travel regionally, engage with engineers and production teams, and tailor solutions to customer needs while maintaining CRM records and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or engineering sales preferred.
• Ability to understand technical information and discuss applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Southern Region portfolio while meeting revenue, gross-margin and territory growth targets.
• Identify and develop new business across manufacturing, engineering and broader industrial markets.
• Develop and manage a structured territory plan for Melbourne, regional Victoria and South Australia.
