Job summary

ServiceStream in NSW is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee field delivery activity across telecommunications construction and installation work in the Wetherill Park area. Job Description Summary

Primary Location NSW - Wetherill Park. This role is responsible for supervising field delivery activity across an allocated portfolio of telecommunications construction and installation work.

About the Role

Employment Type: 12 months fixed term role, full time. Location: Wetherill Park, NSW. Reporting Line: Regional Delivery Manager (NSW).

The Field Supervisor leads day-to-day field execution through subcontractor crews and field resources, ensuring work is delivered safely, to specification, on time and in accordance with client, quality and operational requirements. Reporting to the State Delivery Manager or Senior Field Supervisor, the role performs site-based supervision, construction coordination, work order control and subcontractor performance management to support efficient delivery outcomes. The Field Supervisor ensures site conditions, scope requirements, safety expectations, materials, quality controls and completion standards are understood and met in the field. The role is accountable for field execution and supervision rather than broader program management. It provides the control point between planning and delivery by translating approved scopes and designs into disciplined on-site execution, timely progress updates, quality assurance and right-first-time completion outcomes.
