Job summary

Buildsafe is seeking a hands-on BuildCam Installer to service residential building sites across WA. You will install, maintain and remove BuildCam units, ensuring top-quality service for new and existing customers while working from our Caversham branch.

You will regularly travel to sites, handle equipment loading/unloading, and coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory. The role is casual with steady hours and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• MR Licence required.
• Forklift ticket (or willing to obtain one).
• Experience in warehousing and stock control.
• Understanding of day-to-day site conditions within residential construction.
• Willingness to travel on overnight stays occasionally.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Installation of BuildCam at various sites in your regional area.
• Assembly and preparation of BuildCam for installation.
• Loading and unloading trucks with BuildCam, ensuring optimal storage configurations in the warehouse.
• Working closely with the warehouse team to manage inventory and prepare for installations.
• Driving a 10T truck to sites to perform installations.
• Warehousing and stock control of associated equipment.

About the role

Our BuildCam camera system provides a flexible solution for site monitoring, with 24/7 supervision of the build site, you can monitor what is happening instantly. As the BuildCam Installer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless commissioning and installation of camera’s at various sites across WA, You'll be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and removing BuildCam on residential building sites. Ensuring top-quality service for our new and existing customers. You will work from our branch based in Caversham.

Here's an overview of what you'll be doing:

• Installation of BuildCam at various sites in your regional area

About you

To be successful in this role you will thrive being hands on, where you will be on the road regularly travelling to sites for installation. You will be comfortable handling the unexpected with a flexible approach and possess strong time management skills.

Other key requirements include:

• Currently obtains a MR Licence
• Currently holds a forklift ticket (or is willing to acquire one)
• Experience in warehousing and stock control will be advantageous
• An understanding of the day-to-day site conditions within residential construction
• The willingness and flexibility to travel on overnight stays occasionally
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
