Job summary

MineARC Systems is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Kewdale-based Service Department. The role involves travel to client sites to service MineARC Refuge Chambers and provide technical support, training and ongoing client assistance.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will diagnose issues, perform installations and commissioning, and help expand MineARC products across remote operations. A hands-on, customer-focused approach and valid Driver's Licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical aptitude with experience using common tools.
• Basic understanding of electronics, networking and control systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally with short notice.
• Current Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site servicing and technical support for MineARC Refuge Chambers at client sites.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues where possible.
• Train clients on proper use and maintenance of MineARC products.
• Maintain accurate records and service reports.
• Assist with installations and commissioning at sites.
• Promote MineARC products where appropriate.
