Job summary

MineARC Systems in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Kewdale-based Service Department. The role involves travel to client sites to service MineARC Refuge Chambers and train clients on use and maintenance.

You should be mechanically skilled, able to work autonomously, and capable of international travel. A current driver's licence is required, with opportunities to travel across Australia and Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical work with tools and equipment.
• Basic understanding of electronics and networking is desirable.
• Fault-finding and diagnostic skills are valuable.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
• Customer service oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and on-site servicing of MineARC Refuge Chambers.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues where possible.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients on use and servicing of MineARC products.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Assist with technical installations and commissioning.
• Promote MineARC products where possible.
