Job summary

MineARC Systems is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Kewdale-based Service Department. The role involves travel to client sites to service MineARC Refuge Chambers and equipment, with reporting to the Service Manager.

You are hands-on, mechanically minded and comfortable communicating with diverse clients. A current driver's licence and willingness to travel domestically and internationally are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, mechanically savvy with tool usage.
• Basic understanding of electronics, networking, and control systems.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and rapport skills.
• Current valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and on-site servicing of MineARC Refuge Chambers.
• Diagnose and repair issues and advise clients.
• Installations and commissioning assistance.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Promote MineARC products to clients.
• Train small groups on product use after training.
