• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear communication and customer rapport; build trust with clients.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a high standard of safety.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Troubleshoot roller doors, gates, loading dock systems and related equipment.
• Interact with clients and suppliers as needed to resolve issues.
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial entrance systems.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and use reporting software.
• Test and commission new equipment.
