Job summary

CEA is seeking a Field Service Technician for our Mackay Branch – HD/Plant Mechanic. You will diagnose, maintain and repair mobile equipment in mining/heavy industry while delivering safe and reliable service to customers on-site.

The role offers a company vehicle, in-field training and opportunities to upskill with ongoing development and career advancement within a family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining, servicing and repairing mobile equipment in mining/heavy industry.
• Skilled in diagnosis and fault finding for field-based repair.
• Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions.
• Team player who upholds the Company's Values & Behaviours.
• OEM experience is highly desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and compliant diagnostics and field maintenance.
• Perform repairs for our customer base in the Mackay region.
• Collaborate with the field team to ensure customer satisfaction.
