We’re on the lookout for mechanically skilled individuals to join our Field Service Team in Blacktown. Whether you’re a qualified mechanic, fitter, or have a recognised trade or strong hands-on experience, this could be the next step in your career.

Role Details

As a Field Service Technician for Atlas Copco, you will be out on the road working on site with our customers across our Sydney Region. You will be the go-to person for inspecting, diagnosing and repairing air compressors and related equipment. In this dynamic environment, no two days are the same, and you will get to work with a variety of industries.

Responsibilities
  • Fitting and assembling mechanical components
  • Troubleshooting and fixing equipment on the spot
  • Performing maintenance and upgrades
  • Working independently and solving problems in the field
Qualifications and Skills
  • Mechanical, Fitter or electrical experience: or a trade qualification/background; compressed air experience is desirable.
  • Good Communication: A customer service focus with the ability to build relationships.
  • Ready and Willing: to embrace challenges with a can-do attitude and the desire to learn.
  • A valid driver’s license: as the role requires daily travel to customer sites
  • Eligibility to Work: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.
  • Willingness to be a part of on-call roster: be a part of on-call roster as required; on-call allowances and overtime rates are paid accordingly.
