Overview

We are expanding our team and looking for flexible people who are keen to join us on a project basis. Calling all Field Services Technicians who are keen to join us at this exciting time!

Typical days

Typical days look like this.....

  • Repair and installations on customer equipment including laptops, PCs, servers, networking machines adhering with ASI’s internal standard operating procedures and knowledge base
  • Configuration of desktop hardware, software and other devices
  • Assembling PCs, monitors, and other equipment as necessary
  • Working within our internal IT tracking systems, keeping jobs up to date in tickets
  • Working on-site and in office as required.
A bit about you…
  • 18 months plus experience in providing support for desktop/store hardware infrastructure
  • Proven track record on hardware, desktop environment, and interactive whiteboard administration and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting experience extends to a great understanding of manufacturer repairs isolating issues away from software and applications to hardware faults
  • Familiarity with IT service desk ticketing tools and working within structured service level agreements
  • Ability to work with multiple jobs on, managing the priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service
  • You are used to communicating at all levels and your verbal and written communication skills are your secret power
  • You hold a valid driver’s licence, and willing to submit suitable background checks
  • Finally, if you have experience with Lenovo and/or Microsoft manufacturer repairs - we would love to hear from you.
