Job summary

Sandvik Mining in Heatherbrae, NSW, is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead field service technicians and oversee warranty processes.

You will ensure efficient planning of labor and resources, develop and train staff, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver top-tier service. Role requires five years’ post-trade experience and a mechanical trade qualification, with travel to NSW/QLD sites. A company car and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ post-trade experience in a mechanical workshop or field service.
• Recognised mechanical trade qualification.
• Certificate IV in Front Line Management or Diploma in Business is highly regarded.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites in NSW and QLD.
• Commitment to EHS leadership and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate labour and resources for efficient field service delivery.
• Provide supervision and direction to field service teams.
• Coordinate field service technicians on a day-to-day basis.

Sandvik Mining | Location: Heatherbrae, NSWJob Type : Full TimeAbout the OpportunityThe Field Service Supervisor role is responsible for leading people and processes to deliver a competitive and profitable field service operation for Sandvik’s Mechanical Cutting division, while ensuring best-in-class customer service. The role oversees and coordinates the activities of field service technicians across the underground equipment, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to EHS leadership, with the drive and determination to achieve company targets and operational goals.
