Aristocrat is seeking a Field Service Manager in Sydney, Australia to lead a world‑class service team and deliver impeccable customer service. You will oversee field operations, ensure SLA compliance, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

You will mentor a team, manage dashboards, coordinate contracts, and ensure health and safety standards while maintaining strong customer relationships in a dynamic gaming entertainment environment.
