Job summary

Getinge Australia Pty Ltd in Adelaide, SA, is seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer – Infection Control who is a fully qualified electrician. The role covers preventative and reactive maintenance on Getinge equipment at customer sites, building strong client relationships, and supporting fellow field service electricians.

Key duties include supporting installations, troubleshooting, coordinating with service teams, and regional travel as required.

Qualifications

• Full Electrical licence and a valid Driver's Licence (Mandatory requirement).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of going above and beyond for others.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting installations of Getinge capital equipment.
• Troubleshooting issues which present occasionally in equipment, and ensure that the product is returned to a fully functional level enabling the customer to continue their business operations.
• Liaising with the Getinge Service Co-ordination team prior to attending customer sites; ensuring that you are effectively prepared to resolve the customer's issues.
• Regional travel required.

Based in Adelaide, SA, we are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Field service Engineer - Infection Control, who is a fully qualified electrician to join our growing Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting Preventative and Reactive Maintenance for Getinge equipment based at our customer sites, creating and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, and supporting other Getinge Field Service Electricians as necessary.
