In this permanent, embedded role, you will diagnose, repair, and service power generation equipment, working autonomously while collaborating with a broader regional team. Ideal candidates have apprentice-trained engine technician cert III, heavy vehicle or mobile plant qualification, and experience with Cummins products.

Qualifications

• Apprentice trained engine technician with Cert III or equivalent.
• Significant workshop or field service experience required.
• Heavy vehicle or mobile plant qualification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Engages customers professionally and ensures prompt attention to needs.
• Diagnoses and completes repairs using documented procedures and tools.
• Coaches on preventative maintenance and basic repairs by customer staff.
• Escalates complex issues to senior technicians or supervisor.
• Completes service worksheets, timesheets and warranty claims accurately.
