Job summary

The CareSide is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing field sales team across WA, SA, VIC, NSW and QLD. You will coach reps, optimize conversions, and partner with marketing and inside sales to convert inbound demand into new clients.

You will analyze call quality, CRM activity, and performance metrics, set clear expectations, and travel occasionally to coach and align field operations with The CareSide's growth objectives in Australia.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales management experience.

About The Role

As our Field Sales Manager, you’ll build a high-performing field sales team that converts qualified meetings into new clients. You won’t be responsible for generating pipeline. Our marketing and inside sales teams generate and qualify inbound demand, allowing you to focus on what you do best: developing sales reps, improving conversion rates, and building a high-performing team.

You’ll spend significant time listening to calls, reviewing CRM activity, coaching reps, analysing performance, and developing sales processes that improve team effectiveness and efficiency. Your leadership will directly impact our geographic expansion across Australia. You will be responsible for hiring and managing a team of 8–10 field sales representatives across WA, SA, VIC, NSW, and QLD.

Success in this role is determined by the number of converted clients and by retention of top-performing sales reps.

The ideal candidate has experience leading field sales operations in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The role will require occasional travel.

Your Responsibilities

Own field sales performance against conversion, volume, and sales-cycle targets

Your Background

2+ years of sales management experience

Experience coaching sales representatives using KPI’s and performance metrics

Experience managing distributed teams

Strong understanding of sales frameworks and consultative selling —including buyer psychology, objection handling, and closing

Ability to pinpoint how to help sales reps improve their skills while fostering a collegial and supportive work environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to analyse data, identify bottlenecks, and streamline processes
