Job summary

UGL is embedded with Endeavour Energy in Western Sydney, delivering a range of electrical utilities and network delivery projects. You will build relationships with client stakeholders, scope and price opportunities, and coordinate resources across depots and regional NSW to ensure on-time, safe delivery.

The role emphasizes practical solutions, field collaboration and a focus on profitability while growing the partnership with Endeavour Energy and securing future work.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects within utilities, electrical infrastructure or similar contractor environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Experience scoping, estimating and pricing project work.
• Project commercials experience, including cost control.
• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Endeavour Energy stakeholders, acting as the main contact for day-to-day project delivery.
• Identify, scope, estimate and price work opportunities.
• Develop project plans, delivery schedules and resource forecasts to ensure proper resourcing.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, equipment and materials while managing the workforce.
• Monitor costs, risks and milestones to ensure safe, efficient and profitable delivery to client expectations.
