Job summary

nbn® Australia is seeking a Field Performance Lead to drive performance, productivity, compliance and continuous improvement of the internal field workforce across the region. You will leverage data-driven insights and operational expertise to identify trends and opportunities that improve customer experience, quality, safety and cost outcomes.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Field Business Operations, you will partner with regional managers, safety and quality teams, and Control Tower

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business, or a related commercial discipline.
• Experience with data-driven performance improvements across large-scale operations.
• Experience leading quality and performance initiatives across field operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the performance, productivity, compliance and continuous improvement of the internal field workforce across the region.
• Identify performance trends and opportunities to improve customer experience, quality, safety, workforce effectiveness and cost outcomes.
• Partner with Region and Field Area Managers, Safety and Quality teams, and Control Tower Performance functions to provide governance and visibility.
• Embed best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives across Field Services.
