Clarence Valley Council in New South Wales seeks a Field Operator (General) to operate and maintain a range of construction plant and equipment across civil works. You’ll contribute to road construction and maintenance programs while supporting safety, teamwork and skill development.

You'll join a local team committed to delivering essential infrastructure and opportunities for training, with access to career progression and a strong safety culture.

Competenze

• Certificate II in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• General knowledge of road and drainage maintenance and construction activities.
• Current Class HR Driver’s Licence and a General Construction Induction (White Card).
• Safety-first approach with a strong commitment to WHS standards.

Mansioni

• Operate and maintain construction plant to ensure safety and reliability.
• Assist with labouring and traffic control to support project delivery.
• Work with the crew on road construction and maintenance programs.
