Rio Tinto is seeking an experienced Field Operations Supervisor for its Resource Development Operations in the Pilbara region. You will lead a diverse field team, ensuring safe delivery of activities at site level while coordinating with contractor partners and technical teams to meet short-term plans.

This frontline leadership role requires strong safety focus, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in safety leadership and people management.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and teams.
• Operational or technical experience in resource definition, field operations, drilling or earthworks.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-moving field environment.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational capability.
