Job summary

EIRE Constructions is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at our project site in NSW. You will coordinate with the site team to ensure efficient, safe work in line with contract specifications and project plans.

Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, managing resources, maintaining documentation, and enforcing safety protocols across the site. Strong knowledge of water, sewer, and stormwater install is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of water, sewer, and stormwater installation.
• Experience with PVC, HDPE, concrete, and ductile iron pipes.
• Experience in sewer and water mains, stormwater culverts, WWPS.
• Road construction including subgrade, base layers, kerb & channel, asphalt.
• Understanding of excavation, trenching, and shoring safety.
• Ability to read civil construction plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Engineer/Manager with coordinating site works to meet contract specs.
• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and milestones.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Engineers and Site Manager to resolve site issues.
• Efficiently manage resources, including labour, equipment, materials and subcontractors.
