Job summary

AWE RES PTY LTD is seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics for Field Service across the Bowen Basin. The role involves breakdown response, diagnostics, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance on mobile plant, draglines, and ancillary equipment.

Key responsibilities include fault finding, component change-outs, and major repairs. You will gain exposure to a wide range of heavy mining equipment in diverse operations with flexible rostering options.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy mining equipment and site maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills are essential.
• Australian Working Rights and the ability to pass medical/drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out breakdown response, diagnostics, repairs, and fault finding.
• Strip, assess, and rebuild hydraulic & pneumatic systems and components.
• Perform component change-outs, rebuilds, and major repairs on mobile plant, draglines, and ancillary equipment.
