Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a dedicated field-based service technician to service and repair material handling equipment across a defined territory in Australia. You will deliver quality customer service, perform scheduled maintenance and safety checks, and use mobile tech to manage your daily workflow.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential.
• Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer-focused scheduled and breakdown services.
• Assist in preparing field-based quotes for customers.
• Record notes and file service records; provide high level customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and industry trends.
