Job summary

Crown Equipment Pty Ltd Australia is recruiting mechanically minded field service technicians. This full-time role covers servicing, repair and maintenance of material handling equipment across a defined territory, using mobile tech to manage schedules and document work performed.

You will participate in an eight-week onboarding and an industry-leading training program, with uniforms, PPE, and a fully equipped service van or tool allowances provided. Overtime opportunities apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience servicing material handling equipment preferred.
• Willingness to work in a field-based role across a territory.
• Ability to maintain accurate service records and notes.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory.
• Use field-based mobile technology to manage daily work schedule.
• Inventory input on the service van and sites; deliver professional service.
• Gain experience with Australia’s top-tier customer base.
• Perform routine maintenance and reactive/planned service tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and training.
• Prepare field-based quotes and documentation for customers.
• Keep accurate service records of all work performed.
