Watermark Constructions on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Field Estimator who combines technical know-how, attention to detail and strong communication to assess repair costs for insurance claims and support delivery of quality outcomes.

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you’ll work with administration, project and site teams to prepare clear reports, manage tasks in PRIME Ecosystem, and build solid relationships with customers and suppliers while meeting safety and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Possess construction knowledge and accuracy in estimates.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Insurance repair experience is highly desired.

Watermark Constructions is seeking a Field Estimator to service the Sunshine Coast region, who combines technical know-how, sharp attention to detail and great communication skills. If you enjoy assessing repair requirements, preparing accurate estimates and working with a team focused on quality outcomes, this is your opportunity.

The opportunity

Reporting to our Estimating Manager, you’ll take responsibility for assessing, reporting on and estimating repair costs for assigned insurance claims. You’ll work closely with our Administration, Projects, Site Supervision and Management teams to keep information flowing and deliver accurate, timely outcomes that meet insurer expectations.

What you’ll bring

You know construction, take pride in getting the details right and communicate confidently with people at every level.

Strong construction management knowledge, including quality, environmental and occupational health and safety systems. Insurance repair industry experience highly desired.

A sound understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Excellent planning, organisation and critical-thinking skills.

Strong reporting, customer relationship and stakeholder communication skills.
