Job summary

JobRadars - AU is seeking a Field Engineer based in Australia to provide expertise in the installation and maintenance of customer access and core networks including Transmission, IP, and Voice services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optical fibre telecommunications, the ability to manage network outages, and coordinate with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include equipment installation and ensuring optimal network performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction, operation and maintenance of optical fibre telecommunications networks.
• Ability to analyse issues and solve problems.
• Sound experience working with the public and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in installation and maintenance of networks.
• Manage network outages with minimum disruption.
• Develop and mentor staff and contractors.
