Kennards Hire is seeking an Electrician for a permanent full-time role at Site Services Sydney, Penrith. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing diesel-powered generators and electrical equipment to ensure reliability and ready-for-hire status, with strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role with equipment maintenance.
• Generator experience preferred but not essential.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and work autonomously.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational electrical equipment repairs.
• Perform servicing maintenance on the customer site and document to render equipment serviceable.
• Meet Quality Operational Management (QOM) standards.
• When in a general hire branch, provide direct customer contact and service.
• Perform branch facilities cleaning and maintenance as required.
• Carry out tasks assigned by Branch Manager/Assistant Manager/Duty Manager or Area Manager.
