AstraZeneca is building a diverse cell therapy clinical trial portfolio across oncology and immune-mediated diseases. With the new Field Clinical Advisor role, we're crafting an agile, field-based function that brings deep protocol expertise to sites and drives ongoing operational improvement.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Field Clinical Advisors APAC, you will act as the protocol expert and pipeline ambassador for cell therapy trial sites across Australia. This field-based role operates across multiple indications and trials.
You’ll work closely with multiple internal and site teams to improve site readiness, enhance the journey patients experience, and support patient recruitment and retention. You will capture insights that inform how we operate and scale.
Permanent full-time position, based in Melbourne (preferred) or Sydney, with proximity to major cell therapy centres.
