Job summary

Underground Experts Pty Ltd – North Geelong VIC is seeking field crew members with blast painting experience to join a growing team. You will work on corrosion protection, pipe painting, and general maintenance, with a 14 days on/7 days off roster and potential overtime.

Starting salary ranges from AU$80k to AU$85k depending on experience and qualifications, with a focus on safety and work-life balance. Expect interstate travel across Victoria as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years blast painting or related painting experience.
• Valid, full (unrestricted) Drivers License.
• HR License and White Card required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Apply protective coatings to pipes to prevent rust and corrosion.
• Paint pipes for service identification per codes and requirements.
• General painting and maintenance of manufacturing warehouse.
