KPay Group is hiring a field-based B2B sales specialist to drive expansion across Australia and build a high-potential portfolio of merchants. You will own the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to onboarding, with a consultative approach to solving merchants’ payment and POS needs.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in B2B, Outbound, Telesales, or Field-based sales.
• Desire for income potential and leadership path.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of KPay: Represent our brand as a field-based B2B specialist engaging directly with business owners to drive expansion.
• Master the End-to-End Sales Cycle: Take full ownership from prospecting to closing deals and onboarding merchants.
• Consultative Approach: Identify business pain points and position POS and digital payment solutions to streamline operations.
• Own Your Pipeline: Manage a high-volume pipeline with proactive outreach, warm leads, and pre-booked appointments.
• Build a Lasting Portfolio: Nurture long-term merchant relationships for high retention and recurring commission growth.
• Collaborative Excellence: Partner with an elite sales team to achieve national growth targets.
