Job summary

Capricorn is seeking a commercially minded sales professional to own a direct portfolio of Panel & Paint Members across NSW and the ACT. Based in Sydney, you will drive sales growth, strengthen member engagement and guide a team of Area Managers to ensure high-quality service.

You will develop territory plans, identify opportunities, negotiate outcomes and grow both existing members and new business opportunities across the region. A current Australian driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, relationship management or high-level customer service.
• Strong knowledge of the panel, paint and collision repair industry, including vehicle repair processes and the wider dealership and insurance landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio, identify new opportunities and convert relationships into commercial outcomes.
• Confidence building trusted stakeholder relationships, negotiating effectively and communicating professionally at all levels.
• The ability to work autonomously in a field-based role, manage competing priorities and remain accountable for activity and results.
• A current, valid Australian driver’s licence and capacity for frequent intrastate and interstate travel.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a direct portfolio of Panel & Paint Members across NSW and the ACT, driving growth and supporting the National Collision Strategy.
• Lead and collaborate with a team of Area Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality service and support across the region.
• Retain and grow existing Collision Members while creating a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across the region.
• Build trusted connections with panel and paint businesses, dealerships, insurers, suppliers, collision repair networks, industry associations and internal stakeholders.
