Breezway, an Australian manufacturer of award-winning louvre window systems, seeks an Area Manager to drive sales growth across Far North Queensland. The role is predominantly field-based, with autonomy to plan client visits while working from a home office.

You will build relationships with window fabricators, distributors and key stakeholders, delivering outcomes in a dynamic market. The position offers a flexible arrangement and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Proactive, customer-focused sales professional.
• Experience in windows/glazing or related building products preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage final execution stage of Breezway sales cycle.
• Represent Breezway to architectural practices and support window fabricators.
• Ensure handover from specification to fabrication is seamless.
• Collaborate with internal teams to track progress and deliver outcomes.
• Achieve territory sales, margin, and contribution targets.
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve issues efficiently.
