Job summary

Superloop is seeking a Project Manager within the Fibre Infrastructure team to deliver end-to-end construction, relocation and maintenance projects on the national fibre network. You will coordinate with councils, utilities and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and compliant works, while supporting day-to-day operations and incident response.

The role covers budgeting, scope definition, and risk management across AS/CA S009 and BYDA standards, with travel to QLD, NSW and VIC as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecoms or utilities infrastructure project management.
• Budgeting, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder reporting.
• Hands-on customer support at a service level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel to sites across QLD, NSW and VIC.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end fibre infrastructure project delivery including scope, design, budgeting and scheduling.
• Manage relocation and recoverable works with contractor quotes and cost recovery.
• Coordinate with councils, road authorities, utilities for permits and access approvals.
• Engage contractors per preferred model ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Provide regular project status updates and spend visibility across the business.
• Ensure as-built docs and network records are captured in GIS inventories.
• Support daily fibre operations including provisioning, fault management and maintenance.
• Coordinate planned repairs with internal/external customers and contractors.
• Assist with provisioning and fault management SLAs across the network.
