Bayer Crop Science in Pinkenba is seeking an experienced Finished Goods Store Person to support safe and efficient movement of products across domestic and international supply chains. This is a varied, hands-on role combining forklift operation, warehouse activities, freight coordination and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence with strong reach forklift experience.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, freight or distribution.
• Experience using SAP or a similar warehouse management system.
• Experience preparing freight, dispatch or inventory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch finished goods.
• Load and unload trucks, containers and freight shipments.
• Process inventory movements and warehouse transactions using SAP and RF scanning technology.
• Prepare and maintain freight, dispatch and export documentation.
• Assist with container loading and freight preparation activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and audit trails.
• Work collaboratively with transport providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Adhere to all warehouse, safety and quality requirements.

Role Responsibilities

• Safely operate reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch finished goods.
• Load and unload trucks, containers and freight shipments.
• Process inventory movements and warehouse transactions using SAP and RF scanning technology.
• Prepare and maintain freight, dispatch and export documentation.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Current Open Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
• Current LF Forklift Licence with strong reach forklift experience.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, freight or distribution environment.
• Experience using SAP or a similar warehouse management system.
• Experience preparing freight, dispatch or inventory documentation.
• Strong numeracy, literacy and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working with inventory transactions and warehouse systems.
• Exposure to airfreight, sea freight, IATA, IMDG or Dangerous Goods operations is advantageous.
• Certificate III or IV in Warehousing and Logistics highly regarded.
• 9-day fortnight with regular RDOs.
• Early finish every Friday.
