Job summary

Genea, a leading IVF clinic in Australia, is looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will own non-clinical aspects of patients' treatment, personalise care and support their fertility journey, acting as the main contact throughout their pathway.

Responsibilities include onboarding new patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining records in EMR and CRM, coordinating with departments, and conducting follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Onboarding new patients and scheduling initial treatment steps.
• Coordinate care with multiple departments and keep patients informed.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to patients.
