Job summary

GateFlex, a Queensland-based family-owned manufacturer of aluminium fencing and gates, seeks a physically active on-site supervisor to lead installation crews and manage projects from start to finish.

The role combines hands-on work with reading fabrication drawings, coordinating daily schedules, and ensuring safety and GateFlex quality standards. A White Card and a current driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a similar fencing or construction supervisory role
• Fit, healthy, and capable of manual labour
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve on site
