Job summary

Qube Bulk in Western Australia seeks experienced Front-End Loader Operators for the Port Hedland site. These are full-time FIFO roles operating CAT 972, CAT 980, or Komatsu WA 500 to move lithium and other products.

Roster options include 2-on/2-off or 2-on/1-off with day and night shifts. Camp accommodation, meals and flights are provided, with weekly housing allowances for locals and ongoing development opportunities.

• Current Front-End Loader ticket
• Minimum 12 months operating heavy loaders

Responsibilities

• Operate Front-End Loaders across lithium and other products at the Pilbara site
• Maintain accurate records of work
• Contribute to load restraint and safety procedures

What's the role?

We are looking for experienced Front-End Loader Operators to join our well-established Qube team in Port Hedland. These are full-time, fly-in/fly-out positions and operators will be responsible for the operation various Front-End Loaders carting & transporting lithium and a variety of other products at the PLS Minesite in Western Australian Pilbara region.

To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:

• Current HR Licence or highly - highly regarded
• Current Front-End Loader ticket
• Minimum of 12 months prior experience operating CAT 972, CAT 980, Komatsu WA 500 or similar
• National Police Clearance – Dated within 6 months of application
• Maritime Security Identification Card – or ability to obtain one
• Current high-risk forklift ticket
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Ability to communicate effectively with other operators
• Ability to maintain accurate records of work completed
• Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines
• Good mechanical aptitude
