Job summary

Qube in Port Hedland, WA, is seeking experienced Front-End Loader Operators for full-time FIFO roles at the PLS Minesite in the Pilbara. You will operate CAT 972/980, Komatsu WA500 and similar loaders while following strict safety protocols.

Roles include 2-on/2-off or 2-on/1-off rosters, with camp accommodation, meals and flights provided. A strong safety mindset and reliable record-keeping are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Current HR Licence or equivalent preferred.
• Current Front-End Loader ticket.
• Minimum 12 months experience operating CAT 972, CAT 980, Komatsu WA 500 or similar.
• National Police Clearance dated within 6 months.
• Maritime Security Identification Card or ability to obtain one.
• Current high-risk forklift ticket.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other operators.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines.
• Good mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front-End Loaders across lithium and other products at the PLS Minesite.
• FIFO roster with 2-on/2-off or 2-on/1-off shifts, day & night.
• Maintain safety standards and accurate production records.

What's the role?

We are looking for experienced Front-End Loader Operators to join our well-established Qube team in Port Hedland. These are full-time, fly-in/fly-out positions and operators will be responsible for the operation various Front-End Loaders carting & transporting lithium and a variety of other products at the PLS Minesite in Western Australian Pilbara region.

To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:

• Current HR Licence or highly - highly regarded
• Current Front-End Loader ticket
