Job summary

Norco, a 100% Australian farmer-owned cooperative based in Lismore NSW, is seeking a hands-on Production Operator for our AgriSolutions Animal Nutrition division. This permanent, full-time role supports safe, efficient manufacture, packing and movement of feed at the Lismore Feed Mill.

You will assist with daily feed production, ingredient handling and stock movement, operate bagging lines and forklifts (licence required), and maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping within a

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, feed mill, agriculture, warehousing, or logistics is highly regarded.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to perform regular manual handling and operate around mobile plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate feed mill and production equipment, including bagging and palletising lines.
• Assist with feed production, ingredient handling, batching and stock movement.
• Use a forklift for receivals, dispatch, loading, unloading and yard movements (licence required).
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, product quality and site safety.
• Wear required PPE and follow site safety and traffic management requirements.
• Support general mill, yard and warehouse operations as required.
