Job summary

Infinite Consulting seeks Infrastructure Engineers for a long-term federal government contract, onsite across QLD, ACT and VIC. Australian citizenship with NV2 clearance is required to support the infrastructure that underpins digital services.

Role involves monitoring load and performance, implementing changes, ensuring security policy compliance and resolving complex network issues. Multiple openings with 12-month duration in a federally funded program.

Qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and performance tuning.
• Ability to design and implement automation for provisioning and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve network and infrastructure issues; provide expert guidance.
• Ensure requests are actioned and problems are tracked to resolution.
• Design, implement and maintain network changes and maintenance routines.
• Interpret security policies and contribute to standards and guidelines.
• Identify and implement alternative solutions to improve reliability.
