Deliveroo is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Brighton to lead daily site operations, drive fast, accurate dispatch, and maintain stock integrity for quick customer delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments (FMCG, Retail, Warehouse).
• Track record of hitting targets for pick times or KPIs.
• Natural leadership with ability to coach junior staff.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset to improve site operations.
• Able to work autonomously in a high-energy team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee orders to meet time targets and lead the dispatch area for seamless packing.
• Unload deliveries and ensure accuracy of product locations and date rotations.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and conduct timely H&S checks.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth site operations and policy adherence.
• Ensure stock counts are 100% accurate across counting areas.
