Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in hospitality, business management, or a related field (desirable).
• Proven experience in fast food or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and WHS standards.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute business plans, budgets, and financial goals to boost profitability.
• Analyze sales and financial data to spot growth opportunities and solve challenges. Collaborate with the franchisor to tailor product mix, pricing, and service to the local market.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring top-quality service and brand standards.
• Plan and run local marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff while building a strong leadership team.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets effectively. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
• Liaise with franchisors, suppliers, and partners to keep operations running smoothly.
