Juniper Holdings No 4 in Mooloolaba, Australia, seeks an energetic Fashion Sales Stylist & Store Supervisor to drive sales and deliver personalized styling experiences. The role includes ownership of opening and closing procedures, maintaining floor standards, and leading daily operations to ensure a seamless customer journey.

You will balance tills, supervise POS, and manage stock while delivering top-tier service. Availability for a flexible roster across 30–38 hours weekly is required.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Women's Fashion retail.
• Strong preference for candidates with supervisory or key-holder responsibilities.
• Exceptional time management with accountability for the store.
• Passion for current women’s styling trends and selling.

Mansioni

• Manage full key-holder responsibilities, ensuring the store is open strictly during rostered hours and completely secured at close
• Manage daily POS operations and balance floats/takings
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure general housekeeping matches high standards
• Handle daily stock replenishment, steam new arrivals, report inventory discrepancies
• Welcome and authentically engage with customers to understand their needs, helping them curate outfits and conclude sales
• Actively work towards meeting and exceeding daily store sales budgets
