Job summary

Witchery is an Australian fashion brand delivering on-trend pieces that empower today’s women. As Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee store performance across departments, working with the Store/Cluster Manager to drive sales and profitability in Australia’s Western Australia region.

You will coach and develop the team, manage stock and loss prevention, maintain a safe workplace, and embody Country Road Group values to deliver an exceptional customer and team experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and delivering sales targets.
• Proven ability to coach staff and develop talent.
• Strong customer service focus and product knowledge.
• Experience managing stock, rosters, and loss-prevention processes.
• Ability to communicate brand value and store strategy.

Responsibilities

• Coach team with regular feedback on product knowledge and customer-led service to deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Lead team to achieve store ops excellence via stock management and loss prevention.
• Assess team strengths and development needs; set clear growth plans.
• Maintain a safe, wellbeing-focused workplace for staff and customers.
• Communicate brand strategy to the team and align daily actions.
• Model CRG culture to foster learning, ownership and shared success.
