Job summary

Witchery, part of Country Road Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive performance across departments and train future leaders. You will collaborate with the Store/Cluster Manager to meet sales and profitability targets while fostering a customer-centric store culture.

You will lead a team, manage stock and rosters, ensure safety and wellbeing, and promote the brand strategy within the store. This role offers growth within CRG with opportunities across retail brands.

As an Assistant Store Manager for Witchery, Oversee and drive store performance across all departments, working collaboratively with the Store/Cluster Manager and other team members to achieve sales and profitability targets. With a focus on team training and development, you will identify, support and nurture future leaders within the team.

How You Will Contribute

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
• Understand the strengths, opportunities, and development needs of the team, setting clear plans to address these for future growth.
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
• Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
