seek.com.au in Sydney seeks a Styling & Shoot Production Assistant to support our Stylist and Shoot Production Manager from concept to completion. You’ll help execute shoots across concept to completion in a fast-paced fashion setting.

You’ll handle pre-shoot prep, on-set styling, sample coordination, castings, and post-production tasks, thriving in a collaborative, organised environment.

Qualifications

• A keen interest in fashion, styling, or production.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and reliable with multitasking ability.
• A team player with a can-do attitude.
• Previous experience in fashion, e-commerce or shoots.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-shoot preparation including coordinating samples
• Steam garments and ensure all items are shoot-ready
• Organise and carry out castings
• Help manage and organise samples/shippers before and after shoots
• Provide general administrative support to the Shoot Producer
• Support on-set during shoots as needed
