Job summary

Ally Fashion is seeking a Casual Sales Assistant for our Kotara NSW store. You will deliver an AMAZING customer experience, connect with customers, and provide fashion consultation in a friendly, professional manner.

In this role you will rotate across the sales floor, front register, fitting rooms and stock reserves, manage stock levels, and support visual merchandising to drive store performance. Previous fashion retail experience is a plus; weekend rosters apply.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work autonomously or in a team.
• Retail experience, preferably fashion, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing customer experience and build rapport with customers.
• Assist on sales floor, at front register, fitting rooms, and stock reserves.
• Maintain in-store visual merchandising and stock levels.
• Support store operations and contribute to sales targets.
