Job summary

White Fox Boutique, a globally recognised fashion brand based in Sydney, is seeking a Creative Assistant to support on-set production and content creation. The role combines on-site and WFH elements, with a focus on organising stock, managing samples, and coordinating with departments to meet shoot deadlines.

You will assist with trend research, styling input, and post-production coordination, leveraging Photoshop/Lightroom where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience with content creation and shoots is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist on set and shoot production for in-house content and campaigns (admin and logistics).
• Prepare and organise stock for shoots (runsheets, rail prep, steaming).
• Manage end-to-end sample management (pre and post shoot).
• Coordinate with departments on shoot requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate post-production image coordination and editing for online content.
