Job summary

• Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number before you start.

Responsibilities

• Manage the College's 920-hectare farm and its broad range of animal and plant enterprises.
• Develop, implement and review farm policies, operational plans and strategic initiatives with the Principal, Farm Staff and Agricultural Advisory Committee.
• Manage human resources, including staff recruitment, induction, performance development and rosters.
• Share an on-call responsibility to ensure timely management of operational issues beyond standard hours.
